Roadmap and Step-by-Step Process

Healing takes time and needs to be done in a specific order to receive results. I follow a roadmap and a step-by-step process that has proven success. This won’t be exact for every client as we take a bio-individual approach. I typically work with clients every 4 weeks depending on the need of the client.

ROADMAP

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Step 1

Complete a 1 Hour New Client Consult. This is the first consult we will do and is required for all clients. During this consult, we will discuss your Health Questionnaire Form together (your health history, your top concerns, your goals, etc.). We will also discuss the Foundations of Health (lifestyle tips, product swaps, dietary support, balancing blood sugar, ways to reduce toxin exposure, etc). Step 1 covers ways you can assist the body in becoming balanced – before taking any supplements or even starting any drainage or detox protocols. You will leave this consult with a personalized protocol based on your specific needs, a 42-page Foundations of Health Guide, and instructions on how to send in your samples for the Elite Scan. Supplements are not typically suggested at this time.

Step 2

Complete a 1 hour consult to review your results from the Elite Scan. The Elite Scan gives us a baseline to see the imbalances that we will be focusing on.

Step 3

Complete a 30 minute follow-up consult. 60 minute consults are offered, if more time is needed. I typically don’t do any testing or scans during this consult.

Step 4

Complete a 30 minute follow-up consult. 60 minute consults are offered, if more time is needed. If a follow-up scan is needed, you can choose from the Premium Scan or the Basic Scan.

Step 5

Complete follow-up consults and any follow-up scans as needed as we continue working on the roadmap.

Client Requirements
I’m currently taking clients that are located in the US and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
I’m currently taking clients ages 12 and over only. I currently have a waitlist for children with more spots opening in May 2023.
My Mission
To focus on the root causes of your symptoms to restore balance in the body and achieve optimal health.
Healing
Healing takes time. The healing process will vary and usually takes a minimum of 4-6 months to rebalance the body. For every year you have had health challenges, expect about 1 month or more to rebalance the body. Wilson Family Wellness is best for those that are ready, have the time, financial resources, and commitment level to be an ACTIVE client. There are no guarantees by working with me. There are no guarantees by purchasing any testing, scans, products, or supplements.
Active Clients
An active client is one that is actively following the step-by-step process to restore the imbalances in the body. Client appointments are typically every 4-6 weeks. Active clients get priority on my calendar for consult times. I only have a select number of openings each week. If you want additional consults, you are more than welcome to add extra. If your next consult goes beyond 8 weeks, you will not receive priority consult time. You will then be added back to my waitlist and will need to wait until an available slot becomes available. You would then be considered a non-active client. This is to give priority to clients that are active and consistent.
Client Consults
All consults are virtual only. The New Client Consult is mandatory and step #1 for all clients. This is a 60 minute consult where we discuss all information from your Health Questionnaire Form (your health history, your top concerns, your goals, etc) This is also my chance to get to know you a little better! This 60 minute New Client Consult is $189. From there, you will book follow-up consults. A 30 minute consult is $79 or a 60 minute consult for $139.
Zoom
All Client Consults will take place using Zoom.
Bioenergetic Scans
I currently have 4 scans being offered: Elite Scan, Premium Scan, Basic Scan, and Emotion Scan. The Elite Scan is required for all clients on our second consult (step #2). This gives us a baseline to see the imbalances that we will be focusing on.
Specialty Scans
Specialty Scans can be used as an addition to the Elite Scan and can be added at any time.
Personalized Protocol
All consults will have a personalized protocol included. This is our action plan until our next consult. This personalized protocol will include product and supplement suggestions. Supplements are not suggested on the New Client Consult (step #1).
Supplements through Wilson Family Wellness
Supplements will come from two places. This means you are not having to order from multiple websites and paying shipping multiple times. The first place is through Wilson Family Wellness. We carry in-house professional supplements. This gives you a fast turnaround time to get your products. We carry over 15 different brands and over 70 different product lines – all in-house. It is encouraged that you place your product orders on the day of your consult so you can get your products in a timely manner and get started. I offer a 10% discount off your entire order if you place your supplement order by 11:59pm on the day of our consult. Free shipping for all orders over $150. Fast Shipping – All orders received by 5pm are shipped out next day from Tampa, Florida. All orders typically take 1 to 3 days for deliver.

Supplements though a Dispensary

The second place to get supplements from is a dispensary. This is a second place that you have access through.

Supplement Investment
Supplements for each protocol average between $150 to $350 depending on the person and what products are needed for balancing.
Email Support
I offer unlimited email support between appointments. If you have a question about your protocol or need clarity on anything we discussed during our appointment please reach out. Please keep longer questions for our next appointment or you are welcome to schedule an additional appointment. If you have new symptoms arise, or you have questions we didn’t have time to cover in our appointment, it would be best to book another appointment. I strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours. I do not respond to emails on weekends or holidays. All email support will be done by email only, not on Instagram.
